AZTEC was originally founded with the aim to provide its customers with high quality short and long run commercial printing at competitive prices with a turnaround time that was to be second to none. Twelve years on we’re still doing the same and more.
On our site we are able to offer the following printing services.
We are able to provide the complete design & commercial printing service to every customer with the same high quality and professional service we have given to all our clients both large and small. On our site based at Hertburn Industrial Estate in Washington we have two factory units where can supply all your commercial printing services from one site. Our main factory houses our lithographic printing presses, our design team and office staff. Our second unit is where we print all our digital and large format material and process all our direct mailing advertising. This area is also used as a large storage facility and is organised for easy access.
In our main production factory we run four lithographic printing machines including the Heidleberg SM52 5 colour, SM52 2 colour, GTO 52 2 colour and GTO single colour. We are able to print up to SRA3 size on a selection of papers and boards. All of our press room staff have many years of experience in the trade and always produce the highest quality work. Our design team work on site in our studio department. We currently have four members of staff working in the graphic design studio and all have access to latest Intel 24inch iMacs, a high quality flat bed scanner, FTP upload site, Documens Management Service (DMS) large format digital proofing printer and the latest design software including Adobe Photoshop, Quark v8 and Adobe Illustrator.
Through continued investment in new technology like this we intend to stay at the forefront of the printing industry and we hope that one day we can be of service to you.
